Our Detailing FAQs & Policies

Booking a service constitutes acceptance of all service descriptions, limitations, and policies, regardless of whether they are reviewed in full.

Service Scope & Expectations

DLo Detailing specializes in refresh services for daily-driven vehicles.

Our services focus on improving cleanliness, appearance, and presentation.

They CURRENTLY do not include:

- Carpet or upholstery extraction

- Stain removal

- Odor removal or remediation

- Mold or biohazard treatment

- Restoration-level cleaning

Results vary based on vehicle condition. Improvement is expected; perfection is NOT guaranteed.

Booking & Deposit Policy

All appointments require a 20% non-refundable deposit applied toward the total service cost.

The deposit secures your appointment time, travel, and preparation.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of service.

Vehicle Condition Assessment

Pricing is based on average vehicle condition. Vehicles with excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or debris may incur an additional $20-$50 surcharge, determined on-site prior to service continuation. Clients may decline additional charges before work proceeds.

Completion Walkthrough & Acceptance

All services are reviewed with the client prior to completion and departure.

Once the walkthrough is complete and the service provider departs, the service is considered accepted.

Concerns raised after departure will NOT qualify for refunds or re-cleans.

Refund & Revisit Policy

Due to the mobile nature of our services and time invested per appointment:

  • No refunds

  • No re-cleans

  • No post-appointment adjustments

Clients are encouraged to inspect their vehicle thoroughly during the completion walkthrough.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, & No-Shows
  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance

  • Late cancellations incur a $10 fee

  • One reschedule is allowed if made 4+ hours prior

  • Additional reschedules incur a $10 fee per change

  • No-shows result in a 35% service charge

Service Area & Travel

Our core service area includes:

Covington, Conyers, McDonough, Lithonia, & Snellville

Appointments outside the service area incur a $0.70 per mile travel fee.

Clients are responsible for confirming location eligibility prior to booking.

Weather Policy

Services are not performed during heavy rain, thunderstorms, or extreme conditions.

Weather-related reschedules are handled at no cost.

Customer Responsibility

Clients must:

  • Remove valuables and child seats prior to service

  • Ensure access to the vehicle and service area.

We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Media & Marketing

We may take before-and-after photos or videos for quality control and marketing.

All identifying information is obscured.

By booking, clients consent to media use unless requested otherwise in writing before service.

Although we are a business, we are humans first. We will respect you & your time, so long as you respect us & ours. Failure to do so, or failure to respect these policies may result in the following:

  • Service ending before completion without refund

  • Being blocked from future bookings
