📆 Booking Policy

All appointments require a 20% non-refundable deposit that goes towards the total. This locks in your spot and guarantees you get priority service. The remainder will be paid upon arrival.

⏰ Arrival Window

Please allow a 15-minute window before or after your scheduled time. We’ll always communicate delays ahead of time.

Our prices are based on average vehicle condition. Heavily soiled interiors may incur a $20–$50 surcharge after assessment.

We do not detail in heavy rain, thunderstorms, or extreme cold. In the case of inclement weather, we’ll contact you ASAP to reschedule at no cost.

💳 Payments Accepted

We accept Cash, Cashapp, Tap Pay and Card payments.

- Please cancel at least 2 hours in advance. You will be incur a $10 surcharge for late cancellations.

- You may reschedule ONCE at no additional charge as long as it is 2+ hours prior to your appointment. Any additional or last minute rescheduling will be a $10 surcharge.

📍 Mobile Service Area

We currently serve Conyers, Covington, Lawrenceville, Lithonia, McDonough, & Stonecrest. If you’re located outside our service area, a travel fee of $0.70/mile will apply.

📸 Before & After Photos

We often take photos/videos of our work for marketing. We will block out things like address on mailbox, license plate, & any other private information. By booking, you consent to pictures of your vehicle being used at our discretion.

Please remove valuables and child seats prior to your appointment. We are not responsible for any items left in the vehicle. We are not responsible for junk removal, your trash is your trash, we just take it out of the car and put it all in one place for you!

Although we are a business, we are humans first. We will respect you & your time, so long as you respect us & ours. Failure to do so, or failure to respect these policies may result in the following:

  • Service ending before completion without refund

  • Being blocked from future bookings

  • Legal action where required
