📆 Booking Policy
All bookings require a $15 non-refundable deposit that goes towards your total. The remainder will be due upon arrival. Failure to pay will result in a denial of service and possibly being blocked from future bookings. We are a new business, & ask that if there is no exterior hose connection or power source, you don't book.
⏰ Arrival Window
Please allow a 15-minute window before or after your scheduled time. We’ll always communicate delays ahead of time.
Our prices are based on average vehicle condition. Heavily soiled interiors (excess pet hair, stains, trash, etc.) may incur a $20–$50 surcharge after assessment.

We do not detail in heavy rain, thunderstorms, or extreme cold. In the case of inclement weather, we’ll contact you ASAP to reschedule at no cost.
💳 Payments Accepted
We accept Cash, Cashapp, Tap Pay and Card payments via Square.
- Please cancel or reschedule at least 3 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations will result in an additional $15 cancellation fee.
- No-Call/No-Show will result in a $20 No-Show fee & possibly being blocked from future bookings.

📍 Mobile Service Area
We currently serve Covington, GA + Surrounding areas (within 10 miles). If you’re located outside our service area, a travel fee of $0.70/mile will apply.
📸 Before & After Photos
We often take photos/videos of our work for marketing. By booking, you consent to pictures of your vehicle being used at our discretion. Let us know if you'd prefer otherwise, or have any questions.
Please remove valuables and child seats prior to your appointment. We are not responsible for any items left in the vehicle.

Although we are a business, we are humans first. We will respect you & your time, so long as you respect us & ours. Failure to do so, or failure to respect these policies may result in the following:
Service ending before completion without refund
Being blocked from future bookings
Legal action where required
